Maintenance Schedule

The following schedule shows maintenance or other activities that have the potential to impact one or more of our services. The intent is to provide information to enable our customers to plan their own activities and/or notify us of the impact a scheduled activity may have on them.

Should an activity we have scheduled be likely to have a negative impact, we are more than happy to negotiate an alternative time for the activity. Please email support@godzone.net.nz if you would like to discuss any of these activities.

Please also check our Systems Status Page as you may find that we are already aware of an issue and are in the process of resolving it.

Websites using PostgreSQL Databases Database Migration

We will be dumping all databases from the current server and reloading on the new Xen server. It is hoped that the issue with delays being experienced with running 8.2 clients against the 8.1 backend will be resolved.

All Services Hardware Maintenance

We will be shutting down all the services sited in Palmerston North to enable us to install a Hot-Swap disk bay into the primary file server. As this server provides the file space for all services i.e. email, data bases and websites, all the front end servers for these services will be suspended to prevent them hanging/getting stuck when the file server is shutdown.
