GodZone Internet Services is a division of AGRE Enterprises Limited. Any and all references in this agreement to GodZone Internet Services are deemed to apply to and include AGRE Enterprises Limited.
Please read this document carefully before applying for a GodZone Internet Services Account. By applying for and being given an Account, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement and disclaimer of warranty. Please do not continue with the application process if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement.
All account holders will be notified of any change in the terms and conditions by electronic mail sent to the address associated with the Account.
GodZone Internet Services when creating an Account will assign an initial password. You are responsible for changing your password frequently to ensure the security of your account. In the event of any unauthorised access to an account, GodZone Internet Services must be promptly notified in writing or by telephone. You will be responsible for all costs incurred until such time as GodZone Internet Services has been notified.
An Account is approved on the basis that it is solely for the use of the applicant. Services associated with an account cannot be on-sold or used by a third party.
An Account cannot be assigned or transferred to another party without the express permission of GodZone Internet Services.
You agree to accept all costs incurred by your account, as stated in the description of the each service, and to pay such costs either by the date due or in advance, as required by the type of service.
Notices, warnings, alerts, invoices and statements from GodZone Internet Services will be sent by means of electronic mail to the address associated with each Account. It is the responsibility of the Account Holder to ensure this electronic mail address is kept up to date and that mail sent to it will be read and if necessary acted upon in a timely manner.
Tax Invoice/Statements are sent by electronic mail each month for services and/or goods supplied and are payable by the 20th of the month in which they are issued. You may wish to keep your account in credit. If so, any such payments will only be receipted. A Tax Invoice/Statement will continue to be sent each month showing the current balance.

We reserve the right to refer any unpaid account to a Debt Collection Agency. Once the matter has been referred to them, you will become liable for all collection fees including the Agency fees and commission we would have to pay for this service.
You are expressly forbidden from tampering with or trying to bypass system security or traffic measurement. Any attempt at computer 'hacking' will result in immediate termination of your account.
Costs must be paid in advance. A Tax Invoice/Receipt will be issued on receipt of payment. Block Accounts will be automatically suspended at the end of the period unless payment has been received.
You specifically agree not to use your account as a means of sending unsolicited electronic mail ( spam ). Such mailings are deemed to include:- advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes etc, but do not include the legitimate use of mailing lists.
A CASUAL account will be closed automatically if it has not been used for six months (unless prior arrangements have been made).
For each web site, you accept and assume all responsibility, including legal liability for the content of your web site.
You are expressly prohibited from publishing on a Web Site hosted by GodZone Internet Services any unlawful, threatening, libelous, obscene, profane, sexually offensive, or objectionable information of any kind, including encouraging the use of controlled substances that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to any civil liability or otherwise violate any local, national or international law.
You specifically agree not to upload or reproduce in any way information protected by copyright without obtaining the permission of the copyright holder.
For domains in the .nz Country Top Level Domain, additional specific Terms and Conditions apply. You will be asked to agree to them during the registration process.
GodZone Internet Services may suspend or terminate an Account without notice in the following cases:
GodZone Internet Services may change or add services at any time without prior notice.
GodZone Internet Services will collect and store only sufficient information about or pertaining to a client to enable us to operate our ministry. Any information held will not be made available to a 3rd party under any circumstances, without written authorisation from the client.
GodZone Internet Services does not guarantee that the services provided will meet an Account Holder's requirements or that the operation of these services will be uninterrupted and error-free.
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall GodZone Internet Services be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use a service or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance whether or not caused by events beyond GodZone Internet Services' reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, communications line failures, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to GodZone Internet Services' records, programs or services.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of GodZone Internet Services is at your sole risk. GodZone Internet Services provide services 'as is' and without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied including but not limited to the warranties of the merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by GodZone Internet Services shall create a warranty nor shall you rely on any such information or advice.
You agree to indemnify and hold GodZone Internet Services harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees related to your violation of this agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to an account with GodZone Internet Services.
